Cancellation & Refunds

We at Dried Cure pride ourselves on providing high-quality saffron, dry fruits & teas. Since these products are for consumption, we have a strict cancellation & refund policy to maintain freshness, fairness & transparency.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of ordering by sending an email to us at our official support email address.
• After an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Replacement

Since our products are consumable & perishable, returns are not entertained unless:

• The product is damaged during transit
• The incorrect product is shipped

If there is any such problem, a replacement or refund claim has to be made within 48 hours of receipt along with your order information & evidence photos/videography.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be made once your claim has been accepted within 7–10 working days through the same payment channel.
• For replacements, a fresh product will be shipped free of cost.
